Pastor Smith is certified through the National Association of Nouthetic Counselor (NANC).  Wayne has an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of  Arts Bible and Theology from Appalachian Bible College in Beckley, WV.  Wayne has been certified by CCIMRT as a Moral Reconation Therapy facilitator for Domestic Violence.Wayne is a former police officer and also pastored 24 for years.  Wayne and his wife Kay have been married for 39 years.  They have 4 grandchildren.  Wayne and Kay presently reside in Paris, TN.
