Joe is certified through the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC), the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC), and is a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC). Joe’s has an undergraduate degree in business (BS) from Wayland Baptist University, a Masters in Divinity degree in Biblical Studies from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and his Doctorate in Biblical Studies in Biblical Counseling from the Masters Divinity School and Graduate School, Evansville, IN. Joe has been a Biblical counselor for over 14 years, is originally from Anadarko, OK, and is a retired Marine Corps Captain having served his country for over 24 years. He and his wife Gail have been married for 36 years and have two grown children and 6 grandchildren and reside in Paris, TN.

Pastor Smith is certified through the National Association of Nouthetic Counselor (NANC).  Wayne has an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of  Arts Bible and Theology from Appalachian Bible College in Beckley, WV.  Wayne is a former police officer and also pastored 23 for years.  Wayne and his wife Kay have been married for 36 years.  They have 4 grandchildren.  Wayne and Kay presently reside in Paris, TN.
